- American odds
- American odds – odds displayed as a positive or negative number; positive shows profit on a $100 bet, negative shows how much you must bet to win $100.
- Arbitrage
- Arbitrage – exploiting differences in odds across bookmakers to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome.
- Asian handicap
- Asian handicap – a two‑way handicap that eliminates the draw outcome, using quarter‑goal increments.
- Bankroll
- Bankroll – the total amount of money set aside for betting.
- Bonus
- Bonus – extra funds or free bets awarded to a player, often subject to conditions.
- Cash‑out
- Cash‑out – a feature allowing you to settle a bet before the event ends, locking in a profit or loss.
- Decimal odds
- Decimal odds – a way to express odds as a single number that includes the stake; e.g., 2.50 means $2.50 for every $1 wagered.
- Double chance
- Double chance – a bet that covers two of the three possible outcomes (win/draw/win) in a match.
- Edge
